Throughout her career Barbara explored the intersection of imagery and pattern, culminating in a long shibori adventure. This retrospective exhibits highlights of her work.
Barbara was an influential and admired teacher who served as a Professor of Fiber Arts at UMass Dartmouth from the program’s inception in 1990 until her retirement in 2002.
