Designers interested in showing at SFW Chicago, please complete the form online at this link.
The completion of this form does not guarantee you or the organization a spot in the 2025 program. An official acceptance and agreement will be sent directly from Sustainable Fashion Week (SFW) Chicago as well as the next steps.
There is a minimum $300 (USD) participation fee for the interested organizations who are accepted. Payment is due no later than Spring 2025. Additional details will be provided to accepted organizations and designers.

1. Do Designers & Organizations Need To Be Based In Chicago?
No! However, Chicago-based designers and organizations will be prioritized and given first access to participate.
All designers and organizations must align with SFW Chicago’s sustainable values by proving any and all claims to pursue its environmental efforts and commitment.
2. Will Sustainable Fashion Week Chicago Sponsor Travel?
No. Organizations and individuals traveling to Chicago for the 2025 programming are responsible for coordinating and paying their own travel/ transportation and accommodations. SFW Chicago has hospitality partners and can provide a list of recommendations at a discounted rate, upon request.
3. When Will Designers/ Organizations Be Notified Of Acceptance?
If you or your organization are accepted to participate in the 2025 SFW Chicago programming, you will be notified via email (the one used to submit this form) in spring 2025.
