Creekside Arts Spring 2024 Residency Program is accepting applications now. This is a mixed media residency. Scholarships are available for textile and fiber artists through our Libby Palmquist Textile and Fiber Arts Scholarship.

Creekside Arts provides an inspiring natural setting among the coastal redwoods of Northern California and they welcome artists from a broad range of creative disciplines. Writers, poets, actors, performers, dancers, photographers, sculpture artists, ceramicists, visual artists, and creatives of all types are encouraged to apply.

- Deposit of $750 due: March 15
- Remaining fee of $750 due: May 15th
You will need:
– A current CV or artist resume
– Artist statement/bio
– Contact info for two professional references
– Work samples in a zip file including:
* Visual: up to 10 images of work as digital images no larger than 1MB each and labeled as follows: lastname_1, lastname_2, etc. Include a description sheet with your name, the image name, the work’s title, date executed, dimensions and media.
* Literary: not more than 10 pages (as a DOC or PDF file) of poems; excerpts from short stories, novels, plays, or film scripts; or three essays. Include your name, title of work, date executed and publisher if any.
* Researchers: not more than 10 pages (as DOC or PDF file) of research that reflects current direction of inquiry, date executed, and publisher if any.
* Performers: up to 10 minutes digital/video example of current performance work/interest. Include your name, title of work and date executed.
