The Textile Technology Management program creates independent scholars in the fields of product development, technology management, marketing and management for application in the textile and apparel industry. The course is offered through Wilson College of Textiles at North Carolina State University.
Due to the interdisciplinary nature of textiles, students pursuing a Ph.D. in Textile Technology Management research a nearly unlimited range of topics, including:
- Yarn and fabric formation
- Product development and design
- Supply chain management
- Sustainable production and consumption
- Innovative technology applications
- Consumer behavior
- Market analysis
Applications for the fall semester are due June 25. Early applications recommended.
