Threading Change (play-on-word of Spreading Change), is a youth-led ethical fashion organization envisioning a future where fashion is ethical and circular, rooted in justice with climate, gender, and racial equity at the forefront.
The organization works at the intersections of consumer education and industry transformation through our tri-impact model of education, innovative storytelling, and policy research.
For this organization, the problems in the industry don’t work in silos, and neither should the solutions.
Threading Change is currently seeking candidates for the following positions, each on an honorarium basis.
Communications Position: Social Media + TikTok/Reels
As a Communications Volunteer, you’ll be an integral part of the social media and storytelling team, collaborating to create impactful content that inspires action and raises awareness about sustainable fashion. Whether designing eye-catching visuals, crafting compelling messages, or engaging with our online community, your contributions will help expand Threading Change’s reach and influence, making a tangible difference in the global movement toward a circular economy.
Global Innovation Story Map (GISM) Assistant
As a Global Innovation Story Map Volunteer, you’ll be an essential part of the outreach and research team, working to expand and enrich our interactive directory of sustainable and ethical fashion brands. By reaching out to brands, conducting interviews, and assessing their alignment with our sustainability criteria, you’ll help amplify the stories of changemakers driving a more equitable fashion industry.
