The Everlane Design team is a group of passionate people focused on creating product that lives up to our vision: Creating a sustainable way to build a forever wardrobe with a minimum impact on the planet. As the Associate designer of Shoes & Accessories, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our design and product development teams to create contemporary footwear and accessory designs for a sustainably focused fashion company.
This multifaceted position requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the design team, factories, and suppliers to bring our vision to life, from initial concept to final product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of footwear and accessory design while contributing to the growth and success of our brand’s commitment to sustainability.
This position reports directly to the design manager of the shoes and accessories division at Everlane. This is a full-time hybrid role based at our San Francisco office headquarters in the Mission neighborhood.
