Building a Stronger TSA
This year, TSA is focused on laying a strong foundation for the future by:
- Developing a Theory of Change that centers equity, financial sustainability, and adaptability.
- Reconnecting with members and stakeholders through surveys, listening sessions, and other engagements.
- Enhancing communications to reflect the diversity of our community with inclusive branding and outreach strategies.
At the heart of this work is a commitment to fostering trust, collaboration, and sustainability while amplifying voices and bridging sectors. By participating in this survey, you are directly contributing to a collective effort to strengthen TSA’s role as a leader in textile education, research, and global engagement.
What Comes Next?
This survey is also a key step in preparing for upcoming Member Listening Sessions with TSA’s Executive Director. These sessions will provide a dedicated space to discuss TSA’s future, explore key themes from the survey results, and refine our approach based on feedback.
Member Listening Session Dates & Registration: The two sessions will take place via Zoom, and all TSA members are invited to participate. The sessions will be held on Thursday, April 3, at 11 AM ET and Tuesday, April 8, at 7 PM ET. Registration is required and will open to TSA members on Thursday, March 13.
