Are you a maker, scholar, curator, or textile enthusiast with a story to tell? The Textile Society of America invites our members to step into the spotlight through our TSA Member Social Media Takeover Series!
We’re offering multiple opportunities throughout the year for members to host takeovers on TSA’s Instagram and Facebook channels. Whether you want to showcase a project, highlight research, share behind-the-scenes studio moments, or take us on a virtual field trip. This is your chance to engage TSA’s global audience and elevate your work.
Who Can Apply:
Current TSA members at any stage of their career, working in any area of textile-related practice, research, or engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Selected members will curate content for a weekend-long feature, sharing images, videos, and stories that reflect your unique perspective and connection to textiles. You’ll work closely with TSA’s communications team to shape your posts and amplify your voice.

- Connect with new audiences and fellow members

How to Submit:
Fill out our short interest form below under “Register“, and tell us what you’d like to share. Include a short bio, 2-3 sample images, and a brief description of your proposed takeover theme or content.
Deadline: Rolling submissions accepted through October 15, 2025.

Member Monday Call for Submissions
TSA is pleased to feature Member Monday, a bimonthly initiative highlighting the work, research, and contributions of our members. We showcase an interview with a TSA member, accompanied by images of their work, shared across TSA News and our social media platforms.
Why Participate in Member Monday?
- Share your practice with a global audience of textile professionals, scholars, and enthusiasts.
- Connect with peers, collaborators, and potential partners in the field.
- Contribute to the ongoing record of contemporary textile practice.

Who Can Apply:
Current TSA members at any stage of their career, working in any area of textile-related practice, research, or engagement.
Required Materials:
- Written responses to interview questions
- Short biography (50–100 words)
- One high-resolution portrait image (with photographer credit)
- Up to five (5) additional images of your work (optional)
- Website/social media links (if applicable)
Submission Guidelines:
Interested TSA members are invited to email communications@textilesocietyofamerica.org.
We welcome submissions on a rolling basis and will notify selected participants ahead of publication.
